Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop a clear strategy for automated regression and performance testing
  • Implementing new processes that are both effective and clearly understood and supported by all involved
  • Ensuring QA processes seamless meld with agile development and change management processes
  • Achieving a measurable goal for code coverage and functionality 


Requirements:

  • Strong leadership skills.
  • Advanced communication skills (verbal, written, and negotiation).
  • Proficient software analysis, design and development skills.
  • Advanced project management skills.
  • Advanced planning and organizational skills.
  • Good working knowledge of multiple computing platforms and platform specific tools.
  • Advanced knowledge of software testing methodologies.
  • Strong knowledge of the applications and solutions subordinates develop and support.
  • Working knowledge of Human Resources policies and procedures.
