Position Details:
Experian Interactive Media currently seeks a Search Engine Marketing (SEM) Manager to be a driving force within the acquisition marketing team. S/he will be responsible for the bottom-line success of our Search efforts, and will maintain ownership over management, optimization and overall growth of EIM's Paid Search programs. The Search Marketing Manager is responsible for search engine marketing efforts for the organization. This highly motivated person will be data driven with an ability to drive search campaigns and improve program effectiveness. This person will be a key contact for identifying and resolving SEM challenges, own search performance metrics and be expected to achieve/exceed search goals.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop marketing plans and hit Search channel's quarterly profit and volume targets
  • Create, implement, track analyze and optimize Paid Search campaigns
  • Actively test and analyze keywords, copy and landing pages to increase ROI and drive incremental volume
  • Managing daily relationships with search engines, partners and vendors
  • Providing detailed analysis of key metrics and program tracking techniques in order to increase overall search performance efficiency


Skills:

  • Knowledge of Search landscape: paid search listing providers, tracking tools, bid-management systems and keyword development tools
  • Experience managing large marketing budgets and ROI optimization
  • Direct marketing enthusiast

Requirements:

  • Bachelors degree 2 to 3+ years of search marketing/PPC experience, or other relevant online marketing/campaign management experience
  • Outstanding analytical skills, extremely detail oriented with strong organizational and prioritization skills
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills, problem-solving skills and strong interpersonal skills with the ability to effectively work and lead cross-functionally and resolve issues quickly and effectively
  • Strong program management and skills to manage multiple projects in a fast paced environment
  • Expert in MS Excel and demonstrated experience using web analytics and metrics to gain insights and drive business decisions
